The programme’s small group setting (max. 12) allows for the sought after personal coaching and the development of individual skills which makes our programmes so popular.

Hong Kong Delights: A Half-Term Drama, Cooking & Well-being Adventure!
Calling All Little Chefs with Imagination! This half-term, step into the lively streets of old Hong Kong and enjoy being a mindful, street food chef for the week!
For Ages 4 – 6: A fun-filled journey where you’ll whip up tasty treats like egg waffles and fish balls. Through stories, games, and simple mindfulness exercises, children will explore Hong Kong food, feelings, and friendship in a fun and engaging way.
For Ages 8 – 11: Cook, role play, and create! Learn to make street food favourites like siu mai and rice noodle rolls, while role-playing as lively vendors. You’ll build confidence, teamwork and stress-busting skills that go far beyond the kitchen.
