Acting for Film
What is the difference between acting for a one-camera shot and a three-camera shot? Why do we tone down our acting when acting for film and exaggerate for theatre? What do we need to think about for a close up and how many takes do you really get? During this course students will answer all these questions and learn how to be comfortable acting in front of a camera. They will learn about industry lingo, having an agent and how to produce a show reel. By the end of the course they will have performed in and produced a series of short scenes made by their peers.
